On May 9, 2025, the FBI Newark Citizens Academy Alumni Association (CAAA), in partnership with the FBI Newark Division, hosted an impactful Elder Fraud Awareness event at the Canal Walk Adult Community Clubhouse in Somerset, NJ. The session, held from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, brought together seniors, caregivers, and community members for an informative afternoon focused on financial safety.
