Discovering the FBI
On May 24, 2023, the FBINewarkCAAA, in collaboration with the FBI Newark Division, the Cape May Prosecutors Office, American Dream, and the Cape May Coalition for a Safe Community, orchestrated a transformative event that brought students from various areas of New Jersey to the FBI Newark Division. The “Discovering the FBI” initiative aimed to provide students with an insightful glimpse into the daily operations of the FBI and underscore the agency’s crucial role in ensuring the safety of our nation.
The students, hailing from different regions of New Jersey, were given a unique opportunity to learn about the important work conducted by the FBI. Engaging presentations, interactive demonstrations, and informative discussions provided insights into the various facets of the agency’s operations. By exposing students to the daily challenges and responsibilities of FBI professionals, the event aimed to inspire and cultivate an understanding of the critical role law enforcement plays in maintaining national security.
